A reader who asked the campground about plugging in reports the answer was no EV charging on site, with staff pointing instead to the EV chargers at the Western New York Welcome Center less than 2 miles away. We could not independently confirm this policy.
Watkins Glen/Corning KOA Resort
When a reader asked whether EV charging is allowed on site, the campground said yes, as long as you have an adapter or can plug into the site hookup. Sites use standard campsite pedestals, and the reader suggests limiting the charge rate to prevent any issues. We could not independently confirm this policy.
Catskill Mountains / Gilboa KOA Holiday
EV Charging is not permitted. At this time, we do not have EV chargers installed. We plan to in the future. If you charge on a campsite without permission, you will be ejected from the campground with no refund.
