There are currently no EV charging capabilities at our facilities. RV electrical pedestals are designed for non-continuous loads, not the constant electricity flow required to charge EV batteries.
Beech Lake Campground occupies a quiet stretch of Beech Lake shoreline just outside Lexington, Tennessee, one of several Vista Recreation properties on the Beech River watershed. Charging at the site is not allowed: "There are currently no EV charging capabilities at our facilities. RV electrical pedestals are designed for non-continuous loads, not the constant electricity flow required to charge EV batteries." Lexington also has public DC fast charging from EV Connect. Wildersville is another option at roughly 9 miles, with Tesla Supercharger. Far west of Nashville, this stretch of TN-22 is unhurried country and chargers do not appear between towns, so use the in-Lexington stop.
