Three New States, Plus Texas Fills In
Fifty-one parks across four states this round. New Jersey, North Dakota, and West Virginia join the directory, and reader suggestions helped us add 14 more Texas parks. West Virginia's state parks are giving away free EV charging at every lodge park in the system. That got our attention.

- New Jersey, North Dakota, and West Virginia join the directory, bringing the total to 48 US states and 4 Canadian provinces
- West Virginia's state parks Green Initiative provides free EV charging at all ten lodge parks, from Blackwater Falls to North Bend. No fee, no app, just plug in. The most comprehensive free charging program we've documented
- New Jersey's BPU EV Tourism Program has installed Level 2 chargers at five state parks including Cheesequake, High Point, and Wharton State Forest. The state is quietly building an EV-friendly park system
